Anti-Spam & Abuse Policy

1. Zero Tolerance for Spam

Acadify Solution ("we", "us", or "our") maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against spam. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of our comment forms, contact forms, or email addresses for the transmission of unsolicited promotional material, SEO link-building spam, or any automated bot submissions.

2. Automated Submissions & Scraping

The use of automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to submit forms, extract data, or bypass our security measures is strictly prohibited. We employ active countermeasures, including Honeypot fields, CSRF tokens, and Time-Based submission locks, to detect and block non-human activity.

3. Consequences of Abuse

Violations of this Anti-Spam Policy will result in immediate and permanent blocking of the offending IP address. Severe or repeated violations, particularly those attempting to degrade our service or inject malicious payloads, may be reported to the relevant Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and law enforcement agencies.

4. Reporting Spam

If you believe you have received spam claiming to be from our domain, or if you spot abusive comments that evaded our filters, please report it immediately to our security team at security@acadifysolution.com.
